Every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Morning yoga awaits you, giving you energy for the whole day.
When the weather is nice, we exercise outside on our terrace surrounded by rustling forests. Enjoy a moment of peace, a deep breath of fresh air, and gentle stretching that will boost your vitality and put you in a good mood.
Reservations are required in advance.
Sleeping mats are available.
The lesson is intended for hotel guests and the general public.
If you are looking for an even more personal experience, we also offer private yoga lessons.
